InSite Buys Site for Multi-Tenant Retail Project in Fairview Park, OH

InSite Real Estate purchased a 1.79-acre site for a multi-tenant retail project at 21077 Center Ridge Road in Fairview Park, OH. InSite signed a long-term ground lease with Red Robin for a 5,215 SF single-tenant building and sold a 22,000 SF pad site to Panda Express for a 2,233 SF single-tenant building.  Both buildings will be completed in the third quarter of 2017. Panda Express offers Chinese-cuisine-inspired dishes at over 1,700 company-owned and operated locations throughout North America. Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews, or simply Red Robin, is a chain of over 500 casual dining restaurants throughout the United States.
