InSite Real Estate signed a 100,800 SF long-term lease extension with Refresco Beverages US Inc, at 4801 Cargo Drive, a 188,000 SF building owned by InSite in Columbus, GA. Refresco Beverages works with private label and branded beverage names worldwide to produce, package, and daily distribute over 40 million liters of juices, carbonated soft drinks, water, and sports drinks.
