InSite Real Estate purchased a 1.03-acre site and signed a long-term lease with Dental Care Alliance for a 12,000 SF single-tenant build-to-suit building at 919 E. Jefferson Blvd. in South Bend, IN. The building will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2022. Established in 1991, Dental Care Alliance supports more than 360 allied practices with over 775 Dentists in 21 states.
