InSite Sells 2.63-Acre Site to ALDI in Sanford, NC

InSite Real Estate sold a 2.63-acre site owned by InSite at 2903 Rosser Road in Sanford, NC to ALDI for the construction of a 19,800 SF single-tenant retail building. ALDI operates more than 1,600 discount grocery stores in 34 states with plans to add an average of 130 stores each year for the next several years.
