InSite Buys Site for 2,000 SF Starbucks Build-to-Suit in Edison, NJ

InSite Real Estate purchased a 0.84-acre site and signed a long-term lease with Starbucks, an InSite build-to-suit program client, for a 2,000 SF single-tenant retail building at 49 Route 27 in Edison, NJ.  The building will be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2018.  Starbucks is the world’s leading roaster, marketer, and retailer of coffee operating in over 60 countries
