InSite Signs Lease for 2,500 SF Build-to-Suit with Starbucks in Hayes, VA

InSite Real Estate signed a long-term lease with Starbucks, an InSite build-to-suit program client, for 2,500 SF single tenant building located at the 3029 George Washington Memorial Highway in Hayes, VA. The building is scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2023. With over 33,000 locations in 80 countries, Starbucks is the world’s leading roaster, marketer, and retailer of coffee and specialty drinks.
